Kadee's new hair cut!

After cutting her hair three different times I decided that it was about time for kadee to get her hair fixed. She also took it upon herself to cut Jacksons hair. Kadee was not very happy about the thought of getting her hair cut.

She was really good while the lady was cutting her hair. A lot better then she is when I am just trying to brush it.

Kadee with her new do. After she got it cut she told me that she would no longer cut her own hair. Now maybe we can grow it back out!

5 months

My baby is 5 Months old today. The time has gone bye so fast. I thought I would just post a little note about him and how much he has changed. We love him so much!

Sneaky little 3 year old!

Some times you just know when your kid is up to no good, like when you hear a chair slide across your kitchen floor, or when you hear a very chatty child stop talking all together. Well this is what happened in our house tonight. It didn't take me very long to go and investigate and this is what I found! Our sneaky little three year old helping herself to the snack cupboard. I quietly snapped the picture and hid around the corner so she couldn't see me. It wasn't very long after that, that I heard a "mom, mom help me! I cant get down!" In the end she ended up getting herself a granola bar.

Kadee's sled

On Saturday we took kadee out to ride her snowmobile for the first time this winter. At first she had a hard time pushing the throttle and getting the snowmobile to go, but she kept at it until she got tired and then just wanted to play in the snow!Kadee all dressed up and ready to go in her new gear. Kadee on her sled waiting for her Todd to hurry up so her could go. Todd ties her sled up to his to make sure she doesn't go to fast and get hurt. I thought I made a video of her driving but my batteries died on my camera!

Happy Anniversary!

Today is my parents 33 year anniversary! My parents started dating back in high school when my dad was a junior and my mom was a senior. They got married just six weeks after my dad returned home from his missions.


I just want to thank my parents for always being such a great example of the gospel in my life. I am so grateful to have such wonderful, dependable parents. I love you mom and dad!

New Years Resolutions

This year I have decided to really work hard on my New Years Resolutions (goals) and a goal is only a wish unless you write it down!

My Goals for 2009

1. Read my scriptures every day!
2. Exercise everyday (chasing kids counts!)
3. Try to post a new blog every week (TRY)


My short list is done, now comes the hard part of doing them. So good so far!

Christmas 2008

Christmas this year went by too fast and I am posting late like always! I just thought I would post some pictures of the fun time we had. It was so much fun watching Kadee open her gifts and get excited about everything she got.
